Step 2: First Payment & Trademark Evaluation
A small initial deposit is required, which will be counted toward the service fee.
After receiving the payment, we will start checking your trademark, including availability, risks, and registration feasibility in China.
We will discuss these details with you
- If you approve the plan, we will continue the process.
- If you decide not to proceed, the process will stop, and the initial payment is non-refundable.
Step 3: Application Preparation & Confirmation
We prepare the trademark application, including classification and documentation, and send it to you for review and confirmation before submission
Step 4: Second Payment
After you approve the application details, a second payment is required.
This payment is based on the official fees and service quotation provided.
Step 5: Trademark Filing
We submit your trademark application to the official Chinese trademark authority.
Step 6: Examination Process
Your application will go through formal and substantive examination by the authorities.
We monitor the process and keep you updated
Step 7: Final Payment (if applicable)
Any remaining balance or additional official fees must be paid as required during the process.
Step 8: China Trademark Registration Service Fee
Our service fee is based on the scope of the application and services provided, as outlined in your quotation.
First Payment 80$ + Secound Payment 150$ = Total 230$
Step 9: Registration & Certificate Delivery
Once approved, your trademark will be officially registered, and we will provide you with the registration certificate.
