How to Order Through | Ali in China Service
- Visit the Alibaba website using your mobile phone or computer.
- Search for your desired product using one of the following methods:
- By using a product image
- By using the product name in English
- Once you find the product, copy the full product link.
- Go to the Alibaba Purchase Request page in AliinChina.com.
- Fill out the form with the required details.
- Note: Make sure the product link is correct before submitting your request.
- If the product has options (size, color, style):
- Specify the required options in the designated field, or
- Select them on the product page, take a screenshot, and attach it to your request.
Service Fee Policy for Taobao Orders
- Our service fee is ( 5% ) of the total order value (of the goods cost only ) for one or multiple products.
- For smaller orders, if the 5% fee is less than $10, a minimum service fee of $10 will be applied (for one or multiple products). In this case, the number of items must not exceed 5.
Payment Process
- First Payment: A small initial deposit is required. Once confirmed, we contact the supplier to verify the product price, size, and weight in order to estimate the shipping cost.
- Second Payment: A detailed invoice (including product price and shipping cost) will be sent to you. After completing the second payment, we proceed with purchasing and shipping the product.
Quality Inspection
- Free: We provide a basic quality inspection at no cost to ensure the product is in good condition before shipping.
- Paid: For a more detailed inspection, you can request a live video call with our team for a small fee.
Shipping & Order Tracking
During the order process, you will select your preferred shipping method. You can track your order easily using your tracking number until delivery.
Order Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped outside China (available for Taobao, 1688, and some products from Alibaba).
A full refund will be issued, minus the initial deposit.
