A- How to Order From 1688Through Our Service
- Visit the 1688 website using your mobile phone or computer.
- Search for your desired product using one of the following methods:
- By using a product image
- By using the product name in Chinese (you can translate it using Google Translate and then copy it)
- By using the product name in English (available from some sellers only)
- Once you find the product, copy the full product link.
- Go to the 1688 Purchase Request in Aliinchina.com service and fill out the form with the required details.
- If the product has options such as size, color, or style:
- Specify the required options in the designated field,
- or
- Choose the required options on the product page, take a screenshot (as shown below), and attach it to your request.
Note: Make sure the product link is correct before submitting your request.
B- Service Fee Policy for 1688 Orders
- Our service fee is ( 5% ) of the total order value (of the goods cost only ) for one or multiple products.
- For smaller orders, if the 5% fee is less than $10, a minimum service fee of $10 will be applied (for one or multiple products). In this case, the number of items must not exceed 5.
C- Payment Process
- First Payment: A small initial deposit is required, which will be counted toward the service fee. Once the payment is confirmed, we will contact the seller to verify the product details (price, size, and weight) in order to estimate the shipping cost.
- Second Payment:: A detailed invoice (including the product price, estimated shipping cost, and the remaining service fee) will be sent to the client. After the second payment is completed, we will proceed with purchasing the product and arranging shipment.
D- Quality Inspection
- Free:: We provide a basic quality inspection free of charge to ensure the product is in good condition before shipping.
- Paid:: If the client wants a more detailed check, they can request a live video inspection with our team for a small fee.
E-Shipping & Order Tracking
During the order submission process, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.
You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking number until it reaches you.
F- Order Cancellation & Refund
The client can cancel the order before the product is shipped outside China. This service is available only for Taobao and 1688 orders.
The full amount will be refunded to the client, minus the initial deposit.
