How to Track Your Shipment
Once your products are purchased and collected at our warehouse in China, we carefully pack them into a single parcel and prepare them for shipping. Your order will be shipped using the carrier you selected, and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time. ;
How to Use the Tracking Number
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. To follow your shipment:
- Copy the tracking number provided to you
- Visit the shipping carrier’s website
- Paste the tracking number into the tracking field
- Click the tracking button to view shipment updates
Tracking by Shipping Carrier
Aramex
If you choose Aramex, you will receive your tracking number once the shipment is sent.

Enter your tracking number and click "Track".
DHL
For DHL shipments, your tracking number will be provided immediately after dispatch.

Paste your tracking number in the required field and click "Track".
Singapore Post (Singapore EMS)
You can track your shipment using the following website:
Click on "Track & Trace", enter your tracking number, and follow the instructions.
Hong Kong Post
To track shipments sent via Hong Kong Post:

Enter your tracking number and press "Enter", then click on the displayed tracking result to view details.

The tracking process is similar across all shipping carriers. With your tracking number, you can easily check the status and location of your shipment anytime.
