This helps us give you the best options and accurate pricing.
Step 2: First Payment
A small initial deposit is required, which will be counted toward the service fee.
Once the payment is confirmed, we will start sourcing your product.
Step 3: Sourcing with Our Trusted Suppliers
We work with our trusted and verified suppliers in China to find the best product options in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
Step 4: Sample & Confirmation
If needed, we can arrange product samples for you to check the quality before placing a full order.
Please note: Samples are not free and will be charged accordingly.
Step 5: Second Payment
After you confirm the samples or approve the order, a second payment is required.
This payment is usually around 30% of the total order value, as stated in the quotation.
Step 6: Order Placement & Production
We proceed with placing the order and starting production with the supplier.
Step 7: Quality Inspection
We perform quality checks to ensure the products meet your requirements before shipment.
Step 8: Final Payment
The remaining balance of the order must be paid before shipping (excluding service fee).
Step 9: Purchase Products from China Service Fee
Our service fee is calculated based on the total order value
- 5% for orders less than $100,000
- 3% for orders above $100,000
- For smaller orders, if the 5% fee is less than $100, a minimum service fee of $100 will be applied.
Step 10: Shipping & Delivery
We handle shipping, logistics, and delivery to your location according to your confirmed requirements, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
